MY HURRICANEEEEE..................................HURRICANEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

1. I chose Hurricane Charley, to talk about which occurred in 2004.

2. Hurricane Charley at maximum wind speed was a category 4 Hurricane or F4 on the Sappire-Simpson scale.
3. Hurricane Charley, originated from a tropical wave which then developed into a tropical depression 115 miles southeast of Barbados. Later on, Charley turned into a Tropical storm in then a Hurricane on the 11th near Jamaica. Charley than entered Florida passing by Orlando, Charley than entered back into the Atlantic; only to come back ashore in Cape Romain South Carolina on the 14th as a category 1 Hurricane, Charley soon weakened to a tropical storm over southeastern North Carolina and died out over the Atlantic near Virginia Beach.
4. Hurricane Charley, caused 10 deaths in the U.S. 4 in Cuba and 1 in Jamaica, Charley also caused $15 billion dollars worth of damage, becoming the second costliest Hurricane in U.S. history.
